Planate 0.0875 mg/ml Solution for Injections
A synthetic prostaglandin analogue for use in pigs containing cloprostenol. This product may only be prescribed by your veterinary practitioner from whom advice should be sought.
Planate is a colourless, buffered, sterile aqueous solution for injection containing 0.0875 mg Cloprostenol (as 0.092 mg Cloprostenol Sodium) per ml. Chlorocresol is added as preservative. A synthetic prostaglandin analogue for use in pigs as a luteolytic agent to induce farrowing in sows and gilts, thus providing opportunity for more efficient and convenient management under a variety of systems.
